All versions of Windows 7, 2008 and Vista including 32 bit and 64 bit

Hi ladies and gents...

I finally had the chance to sit down and fool with this thing a bit.I ran memtest86 which showed a few failing memory address's.I have some new ram on the way :)

well...i installed a new stick of ram but the problem remains.Did a clean install of XP but that didnt help either.It will get to the XP loading screen then reboot OR it will boot and run for a few minuites then freeze up.I appreciate the input given thus far.
