Windows Explorer Folder Background

Postby djrush » Sat Jan 09, 2010 2:43 am

I noticed that there is a small image of a music note in the lower right hand corner of the my music folder (and any folder that is customized using the music folder template). Other folders like the My Pictures and My Videos folders also use a similar image. I also notice that the image maintains a fixed position if the contents of the window are scrolling. I have two questions pertaining to this:

1. Does anyone know the location of the image(s)?

2. I am using IESHWIZ.exe (old Win98 app) to add folder backgrounds to my folders. If there are scrolling contents, how can I make the backgrounds images maintain a fixed position like the default image used in My Music folder?

I know there's a way to achieve this, I just need a little help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
