Task Manager Problems

Postby engine_okrad » Wed Feb 11, 2004 1:29 am

Interestingly strange problem..
suddenly today my task manager is acting weird. Whenever i access it, i only see the list of programmes running, the tabs at the top (which allowed me to view processes etc) have dissapeared!
the only way i can close it now is to right click in the system tray and click close.
this is very weird..any suggestions?

Bring up task manager. Double click on the frame of it.

Left click on your wallpaper and select "properties". Click on "settings". Click on the box with a 2 in it. Uncheck "extend my desktop unto this monitor".

Exactly as Pancake says. It's called "Tiny Footprint Mode".
