System Clock always 5 minutes fast.

Its seems no matter what I do my system clock on my PC is always 5 minutes fast. I change it and I later find it 5 minutes fast again. I have tried disabling time sync and I have changed the time both in Windows and the system BIOS. There is no software that I know of on my system that would be setting the time either. And its not the battery because I leave my computer on all of the time. Perhaps this is a motherboard issue or something? I am running Windows XP Professional. I have an Athlon 3200+ and an ASUS A7N8x.

Have you tried changing the server that windows uses to sync it's time (goto data/time in control panel, then internet time & change the server there). Also, check your event viewer. If that autoupdate for the time is failing it will be shown there.
