How to use my PC Contoller as my mouse

Hey all,

I recently bought fifa o7 and wen i play online i have to use my mouse to select game play and modes etc ... i had a controller a while ago that allowed me to use my Controller thumb sticks to control the mouse pointer.

Is there a program which allows me to do this ?
