Trying to connect XP pro to a network, can see other PC's on the network and XP pro PC can be seen, but I cant seem to connect to the server / domain.......Server is 2000, I tried running the network disc as some-one said on another post but wont recognise it......any ideas, before I launch it through a window..... :mad:

Have you tried creating a user account with administration rights on the win 2000 system,
create the account using the login and password that you use for the windows XP system.
