Things running in the background?????

Hi guys I have some questions?
Open windows task manager I find a bunch of things running that I am not sure should be there!
Does anyone know what the following programs are?

SVCHOST.EXE (of which there are 4 of these running)
LSASS.EXE
rundll32.EXE
CSRSS.EXE
RuLaunch.exe

The SVHOST one you can shut down several of these with out a problem but there is one if you try to shut it down it flags a warning and shuts the computer down with a count down of 60 seconds!Which enables you to turn off everything but I would feel alot better kowing what it is?

Process File: lsass or lsass.exe
Process Name: Local Security Authority Service
Description: The Windows Local Security Authority Server Process Handles Windows Security Mechanisms


Process File: rundll32 or rundll32.exe
Process Name: Windows RUNDLL32 Helper
Description: The Windows Rundll32 Program is used to run DLLs as programs and is used by many programs to execute functions located in a DLL file

Process File: csrss or csrss.exe
Process Name: Client/Server Runtime Server Subsystem
Description: The Windows Client Server Runtime Subsystem handles Windows and Graphics Functions for all Subsystems

rulaunch.exe is part of the McAfee virus scan product.

Yup - all those are perfectly normal background processes
