Stuff running in the task manager

Can anyone tell me what these are?
avgamsvr.exe
avgupsvc.exe
hidserv.exe
avgemc.exe
regsvc.exe
nspmspsv.exe

I have some viruses according to the on line scan and it can not or will not get rid of them
It said they were un cleanable!

Hello there, the "avg" entries are related to your AVG anti-virus and should be left alone. The rest are basic Windows services and should be left alone as well unless your absolutely sure they are not needed.
