mircosoft excel errors xp-sp2

All versions of Windows 7, 2008 and Vista including 32 bit and 64 bit

mircosoft excel errors xp-sp2

I get these 2 errors... the first when opening excel... and the second while closing.

Compile error in hidden module : Autoexecnew

Compile error in hidden module : Distmon


Any suggestions ?
