Runtime error with email program "incredmail"

Postby stevesilverstone » Sun Sep 26, 2004 7:50 pm

Hi I need some help guys --I been using incredmail email program for a couple years now with no problems--now..I can't get my incredimail program to launch--that is the program I use for email--everytime a I launch it I get a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library window appears and it states

Runtime error!
Program c:\program~1\INCRED~1\bin\IMApp.exe
abnormal program termination

so then I click okay

then I get another window IMApp.exe_Apllication Error

and inside this window it states the following

The instructions at "0x73dd1351"referenced memory at "0x000000004". The memory could not be "read"
Click ok to terminated the program

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling incredmail serveral times with no luck--my questions is If I reformat my system then install windows xp again will this solve the problem??

any help would be apprecaited thanks for your time
