downloading and quicken

so two problems

when i go to click on a link to download it a window comes up and asks to always ask what to do with this file(open, save...) and theres a box next to it checked. i unchecked it, now whwnever i download .zip files it opens them automatically
is there any way i can change that back so it asks me what do to ith the file


also whenever i do onlinebanking i do down load to quicken, it downloads, opens quicken, then it closes. is there anyway to fix that

You qicken problem I don't know, but for downloading file go to windows explorer. Go to the tools menu, then folder options. Go to file types & find the zip filetype. Click on 'advanced' and check 'confirm open after download.'
