just installed it to see what so good about it so far not much but one thing called "Cydoor Technologies " keeps comming up, anyway to stop that happening ?

I would recomend installing "Spybot search and Destroy" Goto the top left hand corner and click on the link. Make sure you update it. Then run it. Cydoor Technologies is spy ware.
