Im not sure if I get what you are saying exactly, but my guess is you are on a school or work internet and can't use those applications because the proxy blocks them. There are tools that you can install on your home PC and you can use your home PC to browse or use programs that are blocked at work/school.

Let me know if that is what you meant.

Well yes at my work internet those messenger apps are blocked at the firewall so I was wondering if there was maybe a proxy that I could download and use from the pc so I could use those apps.... thanks

it has web based versions of msn, yahoo, and aol messenger.
If the site has been blocked then go on google.com and search it, instead of clicking the name of the website click on the Cached button underneath it.
