Help on TR/Dldr.Wintool

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me on this little problem i have?

Basically, I run Antivir, and with the protection it has, it frequently comes up with the detection of 'TR/Dldr.Wintool'. Wjhenever I tell it to delete the file, it makes no difference, it still pops up randomly as having found the trojan. I dont know if the file is actually being deleted or just left. Do I need to turn off system restore or anything to get rid of it? If I do, could someone possibly remind me how to do this!!!
