Hey everyone thanks for the replies.... I have checked out all those sites but those programs are not what I am looking for. Dont get me wrong they are some cool stuff but not what I need. I would like something that I can run that monitors the net so I can see who is using to much bandwidth and possibly what sites they are going to.. IF anyone can think of anything else let me know..

There is monitoring software out there, that will monitor sites you are visiting.

Your best bet is to notify everyone that you have installed monitoring software, and and have them read and initial a memorandum stating that they could be terminated for abusing the system.

That should create enough paranoia to cut most of it out.

You could also fiddle with the group policy editor and restrict their access or ability to download items.

You could also mess with their lmhost file and ban things like ebay

Yeah i know there is software out there and I am interested in using as a matter of fact I am intstructed to use it. The problem is I just dont know what it is... My bosses dont want me to scare people they want to know who is doing the most downloading and where they are going. I would ban certain sites in the host file or play withe the group policy editor but right now we just want some facts. So any help on some names of software would be appreciated.
