Win32/TrojanDropper.Agent.DGO && Trojan.Virtumonde

eset alarmed me of these a few times, and i've had constant pop-ups warning me and quarantining them. i just now disabled system restore, i've done a full system scan and found nothing, as previously did too. it popped up again just awhile ago. please can someone help me. here is my hijackthis log:

Turn system restore back on before the doing the below, an infected restore point is better than no restore point at all!

Please download to your desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running, that may cause it to stall.
