Thats what I was thinking, I went through the Run/mscofig and took care of alot of crap on the Startup tab, It seems to help the Boot Process. Thanks for checking my log! http://www.sysinfo.org/startuplist.php( Good tool to help your Startup problems! ) Muddy!
