I have run Ad-aware, Spy bot and Hijack this, and also read through another thread that seemed to have my problem and followed through that but my problem persists, I did delete a "matrixishere" file though as on the other thread this was seen as the bad file. I might of missed stuff so I thought it best to ask for help before I go deleting important stuff.
My Hijack this Log file is..

Please Download / Install / and Update: . Now Run it and post a copy of the Log File here.
**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

You're going to have Back-up files all over your Desktop if you don't put HJT in a Folder....

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

winlogin.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
(This would also include the “GoBack” Program if it is installed.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {467FAEB2-5F5B-4c81-BAE0-2A4752CA7F4E} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\hntepo2v61mdnn.dll
O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe
O20 - AppInit_DLLs: ts3cwi00b6w.tlb

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" and rename them, in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\Documents and Settings\Brad\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\winlogin.exe

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders (WinXp has up to 4 of them) / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.

Ummm, I did what I could of that, except the fact that firstly ctrl+alt+delete didnt let me close "winlogon" which then meant it wouldnt let me delete it. I did delete many other "winlogin" files, but also the other files didnt want to delete either, saying Disk was either full or write protected. Would starting in Diagnostic mode help? or is there something else I have to do?
I'll add my current Hijackthis log file too. Matrixishere has come back, but I will await proper instructions before I take off anything.

Almost done...

Boot into "Safe Mode".

Now run HJT again and follow these steps:

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

winlogin.exe
30276.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
(This would also include the “GoBack” Program if it is installed.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [pnpsvc_lock] C:\WINDOWS\System32\30276.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [uninstal] regsvr32 /u /s image.dll

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" and rename them, in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Start Menu\Programs\Startupwinlogin.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\30276.exe

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders (WinXp has up to 4 of them) / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.

Run HJT and post a fresh Log File.
