Not sure which software programs you've looked into to remove your spyware, but there are 2 very good free ones.

Adaware - there is a free version... the only difference is that you have to manually start the free version, while the pay version runs constantly, preventing installs, plus I believe you can scedule scans.

Spybot - search and destroy - as far as I know this one doesn't even have a pay version. It runs extremely well, and compliments adaware.

I generally run both programs when I suspect a problem... and find that they compliment each other well, both finding things that the other couldn't/didn't find.

To be quite honest, I did not look at your log @ all.. you will probably want to run adaware/spybot first... if they won't run normally, try booting into safe mode and running them there.

After doing what teststrips suggests, (Look in the Announcement at the top of this Forum) follow these instructions for the entrees that still exist.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

drv each face.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the following if they are there:

Freeserve
EGGSLO - This is abbreviated
ELSEOP - This is abbreviated

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\PROGRAM FILES\EGGSLO
C:\PROGRAM FILES\FREESERVE
C:\PROGRAM FILES\ELSEOP

Now, empty your TEMP Folder / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.
