Persistant trojan and email spammer

Well I looked them over and they are both in fact drivers for some hardware.
Both files call on hardware reading functions:
"IoCreateDevice" and "IoBuildDeviceIoControlRequest"

I don't know what they are for but they are not bad that I could tell.
