The probalem started wiht pop ups and internet websites redirected
my mcafee virs protection detects NEW MALWARE.J for spoolvs.exe file
I have run ad aware and virus scan and can't remove it.
Also i coun't get to the control panel so i searched the reistry and changed the value of nocontrolpanel to "0"
it keeps telling me that due to restrictions in effect the operation has been canceled every time i try to access properties on anything even thou i am the comptuer admin
