rfirewall problems?...anyone else?

product worked great for a while,now for no reason(i can see)it refuses to show control panel or main logo/window,(as before)and will not stop telling me or asking me what to do after exiting program!tried to download again,.....no soap radio(means 'sol')anyone else?
rfirewall problems?...anyone else?

well it appears there is a bad problem with this old hard drive,that disc doctor even gets stuck on! r firewall won't work reinstalled unless i save it to a folder then pull it up for installation......that worked! all is well and this drive is being trashed tomorrow anyway!explorer won't hold page and only firefox worx....this drive is older than i am and also has "drain bamage"
