I get a blue screen with fatal exception oe 0028:co2a1208.Whats this all about?

Which OS are you running and does this happen at random or when your performing a certain task?

whats the full error message :A fatal exception oe has occured at 0028:co2a1208 in " "? <--is there anything else

running win 98,will have to watch for rest of message.This happens when i clink on links or try to change sites or pages.
