Missing ASPIENUM.VXD file?

Just today I uninstalled a couple of programs I don't use anymore.
Re-started my PC and while loading on the black screen I get the message
that I have a missing ASPIENUM.VXD file and is connected to the System.inifile. It stays to reinstall the program for it. So I installed everything back that I took off and it's still coming up. My PC seems to work fine but it's very annoying having that come on the screen everytime I start up my PC. Does anyone have any idea where I could get this missing file from? I tried searching the net but it didn't come up with anything.
