I have done a scan with Ad-aware....how do you know what to quarantine..its showing 23 items?

ad aware

I had deleted them all...but for future reference....I was going to do that but the only way was to post a log file and that was quite long by the looks of it so didn't send it. To try a copy what the ad aware shows...I don't see anywhere where you can do that. The next time I do ad-aware I will let you know and then you can tell me how to do that....thanks

also you can actually click on each of the things AdAware found and it tells you about them... then u will know its safe to delete them....i'm no expert but i have always been v sure i was right to delete wot i did just by lukkin at the info for each item
