IE freezes...

I'm not sure whats happening nbut IE on my PIII-1000 freezes up.
I tried using the Repair Internet Explorer option in MSI but it gets half way and freezes.
I'm lost,any help would be appreciated.

What version of IE do you have?
What are your System Specs.?
How do you connect to the Internet?

Well I did try,I rebooted to dos and ran scanreg/restore.
It let me roll back 4 days....not enough.
I just was told win98se had this restore feature,I was under the impression there was no restore for win98 like XP.
Anyway....couldn't fix it.Had to save some files and reformat.
