Update: recycle bin problem

my eyes are going 
Ok, after all the programs I have downloaded and ran to clean out my system which are once again CWShredder, Spybot, Agnitum Jammer, Agnitum Tauscan, Spyware Guard, Spyware Blaster, Highjack This and running a virus scan all reports were good and I have a clean system.
When I go into recycle bin I get the following error: Cannot remove folder DC2. Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use." My next course of action was to do the following:
Right click on desktop & choose properties. Choose web tab. Click button for folder options. Click yes to the pop up message to view folder options. Then click the tab at the top called view. Look at the folder called hidden files. Click the circle to the left of "show all files". Then when you look through your computer, it will show the hidden folders..... Go to Start button >> Settings >> Folder Options >> View and check Show All Files and uncheck Hide file extensions. This did not work so I went to the next step which was as follows:
Restart to a command prompt C:\>
Type ATTRIB -R -S -H C:\RECYCLED and press enter.
Type DELTREE C:\RECYCLED and press enter.
Restart the computer.
Problem is this solution didnt work either, DC2 is still hidden in the recycle bin. Needless to say the sledge hammer in the work shop is starting to look pretty good.
Any one have a suggestion, one better than a reformat? That would be 4 reformats in a month for me and Im really tired of that. D
