Hi,
I am trying to download Zone Alarm using W/ME but get error message
"Could not load the dll library.C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\KERNEL32.dll.An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format."
Any ideas,

I think that the version you are trying to install is not supported by windows me.

Try downloading and installing of Zone Alarm

Go download and install the Windows Installer 2.0

If that doesn't resolve it then download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread
