Error 1335

Postby Saddletramp » Thu May 27, 2004 5:05 am

While trying to install Norton SystemWorks Professional, I keep getting "unable to install" due to an Error 1335.....'Cabs.m18'
I have no idea what this is or what to do about it. Any ideas guys?

Are you using a CD? Does it ask for the Windows CD?
Try cleaning the CD....just a thought.

cabs.m18 error installing Snortin SystemWorks Pro 2004

Postby techone » Mon Jul 12, 2004 2:38 am

Found elsewhere on the web: Select custom install, do not install the password manager. I tried it. Install completed, then got blue screen, then rebooted, now everything (except pwrd mgr) works!
