Which image hosting site is better?

I've tried both flickr and photobucket. Flickr is mostly used by photographers where they are able to share their photos and have people to comment.

There is another image hosting smugmug but a subscription is needed to avail the unlimited web space for all your images / photos.

I have never tried an image host service, I have my own hosting.
Although I have setup an image host on my server for my kids to use.
