LMAO Venny! I’ve been there a few times myself but most the time I wasn’t lucky enough to wake up in familiar surroundings (I won’t go there!). Anyway early in my Navy career I consumed a moderate amount of various types of alcohol
:. I have suffered through many a hangover. Once when I was in Thailand I met an "Old Salt" (Old Navy Guy). He gave me a remedy that has worked time and time again! Ok here we go....
Step 1- Make this concoction now ( cause you wont have much luck doing it when you get home!) take 1 tomato, 1 banana, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/4 cup of chicken broth, 3 slices of cucumber, (is this making you sick yet??), 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/4 cup of soda water. Mix all these items together in a blender. Pour them into a cup and cover it with tinfoil or cellophane and place it in your fridge. Also set a full glass of water next to the mixture.
Step 2- Set aside a daily dose of B12 in a bowl next to the cup in the fridge. Pill sizes vary so the dose could be different depending on the pills you get.
Step 3- Go out and drink like a fish!
Step 4- When you get home stumble to the fridge, put the B12 in your mouth, Down it with as much of the concoction that you can handle (the more the better). Take the water and set it somewhere close to where ever you pass out ( you’ll need it in the when you wake up).
This has worked for me for many years. Granted it will not get rid of your hangover completely but it does make you feel a lot better than you normally would without it!
