does Dell Hardware work in Any normal PC ? , or is it strictly made for dell and only fits on a dell machine sorry to post this question here :) ,Rob.

im not totally sure but i think it will work in all machines. say if u had a ram stick made by dell im sure it would work in a normal pc. aslong as its liek an 18pin slot or summint like that.lol

It depends on what you piece of hardware you are referring to. I know that some hardware is specific to Dell, e.g. you normally cant place just any PSU in a dell computer. Dell and Gateway make it so you need to purchase replacements parts from them.

This is my own experience.
