TV Tuner Cards

Postby teststrips » Sat Jun 14, 2003 9:54 pm

Anyone know about TV tuner cards. There are a lot of them out there from Kworld, hauppauge, ATI, MSI, ACER, Aver, and Prolink at decent prices. Can't find ANYTHING to compare them, just a bunch of mostly bad reviews (no comparisson) out there on the web.

Anyone have any feelings on these things?

I looked at a few of these when I built my first PC. But they were still in the starting phases at the time. I would really like to get one too but there is really not enough information on them out there. If you find any info let us know 8O GOOD LUCK

just emailed about 6 different companies asking for review samples of their products. I stated the lack of info and high demand on these things. Hopefully I'll get a card or two so I can compare for everyone

tv tuner cards are good things. They go in the PCI port. they have a coaxial imput for an antenna or cable TV. The cool thing is that you can record shows on you computer. they usually cost no more than 50 bucks
