Hello..My Acer 5920, whilst watching a movie has decided to lose its screen. Its just gone black. I thought at first the battery had gone, but on closer inspection it wasnt.
I can just about make out bits on the screen when the screen is tilted right back. Someone suggested it was the backlight, which made sense, and so I got a new screen.
But its still the same..I have tried it on an external monitor, and it works fine..
Could it be the inverter?? How do I remove this?It appears just to be glued on.
Also any ideas where I could get one from?
