From what I can tell with those IME programs is that they have something to do with viewing foriegn languages like Japanese and Korean. My son is into oriental languages and I'll bet he downloaded something that would enable him to see them properly. It's a pain though...I'm sure that's why when I see foriegn symbols in place of some letters on webpages and what I type, too. For example " \ " turns into some kind of symbol that looks like a symbol for Yen...sigh. All of those iTunes and MusicMatch and MSN Messenger are from my sweet kids, too!

Brad, I was able to delete C:\TV MEDIA\TVM.EXE but the others that you asked me to delete weren't there...maybe Hijackthis fixed them??? I also ran CWShredder and they said I was clean :)

Thanks so much for your kindness and your help. I hope I'm not being too much of a pain. I really appreciate what you are doing for me :)
