web log analysis tools

Hi

I was wondering if any of you new of a good web analysis tool and my company is happy to pay for it. Its needed for marketing purposes to be able to see where users are going and for us to to filters on specific pages on the website

Well as a College student there are alot of web pages i would like to go that might not be *cough* suitable for all audiences. Im just playing, but my school uses Websense which does a good job of filtering, as for monitoring where people go you will have to check the site.

Im not looking for a tool that analyses users Internet access, we have that already. Im looking for something that can analse .log files
